You will build and repair the controls our clients are inspected on: transaction monitoring, screening, customer risk assessment, reporting.
You have five or more years in financial crime work at a bank, payment firm, consultancy or authority. You have owned monitoring or screening in practice, not only on paper. You are comfortable presenting findings to boards and supervisors. You write clearly in English; a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

You will map rulebooks to real businesses: licence applications, ongoing obligations, and the changes arriving from Brussels and the Nordic supervisors.
You have five or more years of regulatory work in banking, payments or insurance. You have carried a licence application or a major regulatory change end to end. You read regulation in the original and translate it into what a firm must actually do.

You have six or more years in internal or external audit in financial services. You have led engagements end to end under recognised audit standards. You have written findings a board acted on. A certification such as CIA or CISA is an advantage.

You combine a compliance or risk background with real AI implementation experience. You have put a model into controlled production, with governance, validation and documentation around it. You know the European rules on AI and on model risk, and where supervisors currently stand.
